Job Description

Duties / Responsibilities / Routine tasking (include but not limited to):

Compose and distribute the Weekly and Monthly Activity Reports

Update internal work instructions, forms and process guides.

Provide onboarding assistance to new employees on Kings Bay site specific requirements.

Act as back-up for scheduling Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams with local medical provider.

Act as back-up for Quality Assurance activities: Audits, Documentation updates, root cause analysis reporting

Assist the senior Quality Assurance Rep in conducting annual inventories and monthly spot-check of government property.

Assist senior Project Analyst with gathering quotes, and initiating purchase requests

Assist senior Project Analyst with providing asset information from government purchased equipment to the Kings Bay IT Government Property Administrator

Host Microsoft Teams meetings.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School Diploma and 4 years of equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Basic proficiency in MS Sharepoint, and online meeting tools (MS Teams)

Ability to manage data entry, maintenance and reporting

Strong computer skills to work with multiple databases

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Highly desired, but not required:

Active DOD Secret Security Clearance

Advanced Word and Excel skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $43920 – $74700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
