BrandSafway is seeking strong leaders! We are in search of a Branch Manager to oversee and manage the activities of all departments of the branch, including responsibility for all P&L, assets, safety, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Salary range for this position is $100,000 – $130,000 annually . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Branch Manager at BrandSafway plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the branch by overseeing and supporting key functions across sales, operations, administration, and strategic planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Construction Knowledge: The role demands a broad understanding of general construction practices, with specialized expertise in industrial and commercial scaffold construction principles and techniques.

Scaffolding Expertise: A deep knowledge of safe scaffolding methods, materials, and staffing requirements for construction projects is essential. The ability to build both standard and non-standard scaffolds in compliance with Brand and OSHA standards is required.

Managerial and Analytical Skills: Given the administrative responsibilities of this position, strong managerial, motivational, and analytical skills are critical for effective leadership and decision-making.

Material and Contract Management: The incumbent must be proficient in identifying all Brand scaffold materials, completing leases and returns on materials, understanding permit procedures, and comprehending contracts and contract language.

Project Profitability: Ensuring the profitability of projects by managing labor and material costs effectively is a key responsibility. This includes the efficient ordering and utilization of consumable items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and construction industry experience required; management and sales forecasting skills are essential.

Communication: Strong ability to read, analyze, write, and present business and technical information.

Math Skills: Proficient in applying mathematical concepts to practical situations.

Problem-Solving: Skilled in resolving practical issues and interpreting various instructions.

Technical Proficiency: Preferred knowledge of Word, Excel, and SAP.
