Job Description

As a Counter/Warehouse Associate, you will:
• Provide on-site counter assistance to help customers determine the best products to suit their needs
• Fulfill orders based on incoming tickets for customer pick up or shipping
• Identify and fabricate hydraulic hoses on-site (training provided)
• Display merchandise, suggest selections that meet customers needs, and emphasize selling points such as quality and utility
• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Discuss the use and features of various hoses and products; make recommendations based on needs
• Resolve or alert management regarding inventory issues or customer concerns
• Prepare sales orders or quote requests
• Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations
• Uphold environmental health and safety standards

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Work Environment

Hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday in a warehouse environment. This role involves standing most of the day and requires being customer service savvy to deal with clients purchasing hoses.
