We are a leading provider of emergency vehicle installations, dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and safety standards. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Install Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As the Install Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and motivating a team of Emergency Vehicle Technicians. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including accessing confined spaces. Your primary duties will include:

Leading and supervising the installation team

Ensuring all installations meet quality and safety standards

Managing project timelines and resources

Providing technical support and guidance to team members

Monitoring and reporting on team performance

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto installation (desired, but not required)

Knowledge of vehicle wiring and ability to identify electrical circuits

Experience with the installation of emergency lighting (desired, but not required)

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

Ability to work on and see small objects

Good hearing and color vision

Punctuality and preparedness for work

Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) certification (desired, but not required)
