Our client is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their growing team! This is a family owned & operated buiness. The ideal candidate has commercial construction plumbing experience, is detail oriented & collaborative. This can either be hybrid or a remote position & has 100% benefits paid for you & your family! salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies for plumbing projects.

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive prices and delivery schedules.

Monitor inbound orders to the warehouse, ensuring the team is aware of delivery timing and project allocation.

Evaluate supplier performance and address issues related to supply quality or delivery.

Collaborate with project managers and field staff to determine material needs and project requirements.

Assist project managers in collecting submittal data as needed.

Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier interactions.

Review month-end invoices with accounting to ensure accuracy.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new products to inform purchasing decisions.
