responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the division, driving market share, sales, and profitability. Align the organization around a shared vision and ensure all processes and systems support performance expectations.

P&L Management: Hold full P&L responsibility for the Division, overseeing growth, earnings, expenses, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets.

Business Development & Innovation: Identify and create new business opportunities, drive new product introductions, and evolve the divisions innovation strategy across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and product development.

Operational Excellence: Optimize inventory and working capital, address margin leakages, and implement process improvements to enhance profitability and resource utilization.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and develop the management team through recruitment, performance management, talent development, coaching, and problem resolution.

Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Strengthen customer relationships by ensuring high standards of customer support, on-time delivery, and responsiveness to feedback on product design, sales, and service.

Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor progress against strategic plans, identify implementation risks, and adjust strategies as needed to meet evolving business requirements. Ensure adherence to all environmental and safety policies.

Cultural & Organizational Alignment: Foster a high-performance culture, maintain positive morale and engagement, and ensure alignment of all employees with company objectives and values.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and other leaders to align division strategies with company-wide goals and drive the overall performance of the business.

Financial Planning: Develop annual business and financial plans in line with company requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives and P&L accountability.
