Reporting to the CAO, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for aligning the marketing activities with the corporate vision, executing marketing initiatives, and leading the marketing team. This individual will team with collaborators and stakeholders to develop and implement campaigns, communications, media, and events that deliver on both internal and external priorities. The marketing manager will work to enhance our brand, visibility, and communications with employees, applicants, customers, and our communities.

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance
Excellent messaging and communications skills
Demonstrated ability to manage, organize, and execute plans and initiatives with an eye for details
Excellent event planning and project management skills

Required Experience:
Government contracting industry experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams
Experience managing a department budget

Desired Qualifications:
Media experience
Knowledge of SEO, NPS, and other marketing strategies is a plus
