Job Title: Mold Setter

Job Description

We have openings on the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working 1-2 Saturdays per month. The hourly rate is $20, depending on experience. Responsibilities include setting molds for injection molding machines, monitoring the manufacturing process through the HMI of the machine, verifying and changing color concentrates as required, and working with the quality control team to ensure parts meet customer specifications.

This is a fully on-site position in Leitchfield, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Plastic injection molding facility. The temperature inside is the same as outside. The facility has 400 employees. There will be a total of 6 mold setters on the 2nd shift once these positions are filled.
