The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 – $154000.04 a year.

What will you do?

In this role, you will collect, analyze, and report sensitive data to draw insights for our inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategic priorities. This data will inform decision-making and assess progress. You will develop and implement I&D programs aligned with strategic goals, often leading global cross-functional project teams. Managing project execution and implementation of I&D programs will be key. Collaboration with the I&D team will help develop deployment and effectiveness measurement strategies. You will handle strategic reporting and analysis of global I&D metrics, recommending actions to address gaps.

Crafting compelling narratives from data analysis to communicate insights and drive decisions will be crucial. You will benchmark market-leading practices and manage participation in external surveys to maintain leadership in this space. Generating and presenting clear, compelling reports and infographics for senior leaders will be part of your role. Training HR leaders on I&D dashboards and providing field support will also be essential. Finally, you will lead the deployment and execution of I&D training programs.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required.

• Minimum of 5 years HR or business/project management related experience.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in analytical capacity (preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, PowerBI, excel etc.)

• No relocation being offered for this position candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood OH, Southfield MI, Raleigh NC, Menomonee Falls WI or Moon Twp, PA locations to be considered.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
