Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

· Work closely with the product development team to understand the technical aspects of electronic hand controls.

· Provide input and guidance on the integration of electronic hand controls into various mobility applications.

· Collaborate with dealers and customers to gather feedback on existing products and contribute to the development of new applications.

Documentation:

· Create technical documentation, instructions, manuals, and troubleshooting guides for dealers and end-users.

Optional:

Dealer Technical Support:

· Act as the primary point of contact for dealers requiring technical assistance with electronic hand controls.

· Provide prompt and accurate troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues over the phone or through virtual communication channels.

· Collaborate closely with dealers to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

Skills and Requirements

· Bachelors degree or certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field.

· Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on applications in the mobility or assistive technology sector.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with dealers and internal teams.

· Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Familiarity with accessibility standards and regulations is a plus.

Necessary:

· Degree or Certificate in electronics technology with a background in automotive systems

OR

· Experience in automotive electronic systems (Bus systems, wiring diagrams, BCM controls, switches, and relays) Preferred skills and experience

· 2-5 years of automotive or mobility dealership experience

· Knowledge of automotive mechanical systems

· Experience reading automotive wiring diagrams

· Experience designing and building wiring harnesses (wire types, wire cutters, terminal crimpers, connector assemblies)

· Experience with customer support null
