We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated LPN to join our top-tier clinic in Greenfield, WI. Job Highlights:
$27- $29 hourly
5×8 hour shifts
Clinic Hours:
Sunday-8:00AM-3:00PM
Monday- 11:00AM-7:30 PM
Tuesday- 06:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Wednesday- 06:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Thursday- 06:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Friday – 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Saturday -08:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Requirements:
Must have an active LPN license.
Duties:
Ensure accuracy of intake forms
Vitals
Greeting patients
Explain after care instructions.
Creating a warm and comforting environment for patient
