Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Customer service focused, ability to develop
relationships and deliver operational consistency Performstatic and
dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV (electric)
vehiclesonsiteat customer locations Troubleshoot complexcalibration
repairs Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed Adequately
explainADAS calibration specificationsand repair planning needs;to
includecollision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, anddirect
customers Basic knowledge of how to remove and install vehicle parts
Example: Bumper, trim panels, mirrors Complete pre and post scanswith OE
and/oraftermarket tools,communicate outcome effectively After training
completion, must be able to completestaticand dynamic calibrations per
OE specifications Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and
productivity Responsible for ensuring tooling software updates are
completed immediately Accountablefor assigned inventory
(includingvehicles, mobile devices,laptops, OE scan tools, VCI, other
equipment provided) Participate in virtual (online)training sessions
Complete assigned training and certifications Develop and maintain
excellent customer relationships through our company purpose and core
values Maintain a well-organized work area OTHER EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1-year automotive repair experience preferred but
not required Trade school experience a plus ASEor I-CAR certifications a
plus Ability to learn and understand collision repair processes and
terminology Successfully complete Protech ADASCalibration Training
Understanding of technology & basic software programs Ability to learn
Aftermarket and OEMdiagnostic scan tools and factory software Knowledge
and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology
efficiently Travel may be required for continuing education and
certification training Self -motivated, positive attitude, with a
customer focused vision Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a
valid drivers license and ability to pass MVR check Ability to pass
abackground check Must be able to lift60 pounds independently Travel may
be required for continuing education and certification training Requires
standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching,
reaching, walking, and stooping Requires frequent driving of company and
customer vehicles Extensive travel within assigned areais expected May
have exposure to fumes, dust,and chemicals Ability to work in a shop
environmentin inclement weather Required to wear PPE to include but not
limited to facial covering, eye protection, gloves
