Electrical Service Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in industrial controls. This position requires a strong understanding of 3-phase power, VFDs, basic motor control, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting complex electrical circuits and providing in-house technical support when not on the road. Trips are usually 2-3 days at a time and up to 2 weeks out of the month (overnight travel is expected 3-4 days per month).

4-year Bachelors Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Controls

Understanding of 3-phase power (208-600 volts), relay logic, circuit breakers, contactors, VFDs, electronics, and microcomputers

Advanced schematic reading and understanding of wiring diagrams

Understanding of PLC ladder diagrams, troubleshooting, and program edits

Experience with 3-phase industrial motors and reduced voltage starting

Knowledge of UL 508A standard (preferred)
