Set Up Operator

Job Description

As a Set Up Operator, you will learn to independently set up and operate machine groups in the designated area. You will handle the opening and closing of jobs, safely and efficiently using the appropriate tools. Your responsibilities include measuring and inspecting wire quality, operating testing equipment such as micrometers and calipers, and performing heat sampling.

Machine operation

Use of measuring tools like micrometers and digital calipers

Metal forming processes (stamping, forming, shearing)

Troubleshooting production equipment

Experience with high speed automatic and semi-automatic equipment

Work Environment

The work environment is temperature-controlled with air conditioning, very well lit, and clean. The culture emphasizes growth, with a goal to train employees for higher-level positions.
