About our Team
The US Data Operations Team is dedicated to delivering market-leading, timely, reliable, and comprehensive data to all our stakeholders. We support our customers throughout the entire process, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Our team oversees corporate actions, manages the collection and maintenance of payments data, administers product quality controls, provides exceptional customer support, and handles Registrar functions.
About the Role
The Data Relationship Analyst III, reporting to the Manager of US Payments, provides support for the American Bankers Association Registrar, ensuring continuity and collaboration to maintain a solid relationship with the American Bankers Association. This role involves maintaining US payments data, executing quality assurance checks, and developing and implementing new processes to enhance data collection and maintenance. Additionally, the analyst conducts regular maintenance of Access databases and offers support to internal and external customers regarding US Payments and Registrar-related data insights and methodologies. The position will require 1-2 days per week in our Evanston, IL office.
Responsibilities
Upholding best practices for data governance, managing Registrar data, performing administrative Registrar duties, and building relationships with financial institutions to ensure effective collaboration and compliance.
Engaging with the American Bankers Association to maintain and strengthen relationships, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
Preparing and present project status updates and reports both remotely and in-person.
Developing and implementing new processes to improve Registrar’s duties ensuring compliancewith contractual obligations.
Ensuring access databases integrity, including troubleshooting, enhancing and performingregular maintenance and updates.
Providing backup support for the Team to ensure continuity and efficiency in operations.
Supporting internal and external customer US data queries, responding in a commercial manner. Assessing, monitoring, and taking action to resolve as appropriate.
Requirements
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools, with extensive expertise in Excel and Access (including SQL, Modules, etc.). Knowledge of Power BI a plus.
Be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders written.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Be capable of working collaboratively within a team and also individually.
Possess significant expertise in data analysis or a related field.
Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated experience in data research.
Work effectively in delivering both remote and in-person presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate experience working with databases and business processes.
Travel is required for role.
