Overview

Manufacturing company in Naperville is looking to hire an experienced machine operator to assist in the production of film sheets for their SMT Department. You will be responsible for cutting sheets of film that go to the SMT Department to get finished. You load the machine with film, press start, then perform inspection, and run another one. This is a fast-paced job, but quality is more important than pace. Over time, you will learn how to run the laser cutting machine, which is used for more intricate and complex cuts. You are expected to work on 1st shift for 2 weeks for training then will move to 2nd shift.

Skills

1 Year Machine Operating Experience (Laser Machine, Metals, Plastics)

Blueprints & Schematics

Measurements

Ability to Stand and do Repetitive Work for 8-10 hours

Flexible attitude to be cross-trained and help in other areas of the plant

Work Environment

Very clean, temperature-controlled, beautiful environment for manufacturing. All departments are in their own lab/cleanroom area.

1st Shift during training period.

2nd Shift once training is completed (2PM-12AM Monday-Thursday)
