ABOUT THE ROLE

The Material Coordinator is responsible for all logistical support for the
project as defined by scope, Project Management Team, and necessity. In
this position, you will perform assignments by using existing procedures to
solve standard project problems.

Duties:
Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material/services
procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing,
vendor selection, and distribution
Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among
suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers
Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily
accessible to authorized personnel
Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw
materials, subassemblies, finished goods)
Operates equipment to off load and load out materials in a safe and efficient
manner.
Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory
records
Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct
Conducts analyses of inventory levels, and coordinates with production and
sales requirements
ABOUT YOU

Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills.
Financial acumen and knowledge of accounting practices
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product, especially Excel and data
analysis tools, and MS PowerPoint and presentation development.
Basic understanding of IT hardware and software terminology
Team members will have at least 2 years of logistics experience in adverse
conditions
Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a
safe work environment
Valid drivers license and ability to drive
WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation & Benefits
Salary $52700- $79100 / year
Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in
good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the
qualifications of the selected candidate.
