Job Description The PXP Analyst provides data, analysis, program and project support for the PXP team; including business process improvements and reengineering. SUMMARY: The PXP Analyst provides data, analysis, program and project support for the PXP team; including business process improvements and reengineering. Create and implement precise management plans for every PXP program and project from planning, communications, resources, change, risks, and issues Own the preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly PXP reports Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for processes and activities to improve the PX teams influence and reputation Gather requirements, design and implement manager, employee and PXP dashboards Use data to drive efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations for the PXP organization Develop training materials and deliver training for data, analytics, projects or programs Support with conducting audits to ensure that defined business processes are adhered to Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Three (3) years of experience providing data analyst support to a team of professionals or equivalent combination of education and experience HCM – Workday proficient Excel expertise; i.e., pivot tables, analysis, VLOOKUP Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills Provide excellent customer service Efficient time management Ability to take charge and lead tasks to completion Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills MS 365 proficient Ability to travel 5% of the time Ability to clear required background check Certificates and Licenses: None required. Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a persons education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the positions work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employees salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the positions level and expected contribution, and the employees benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $58,404.75 – $93,447.60 per year. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individuals compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
