Marketing Strategy & Insights Manager
Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
The Marketing Strategy & Insights Manager is responsible for managing the development, execution and use of timely, actionable market and customer information to help grow the business, transform the customer experience, and retain profitable membership for all company brands and business.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Acts as a partner in business planning process at the business unit and enterprise level.
Leverages customer and market information to proactively identify and assess new business opportunities to create customer value and profitably grow the business.
Integrates and organizes information from multiple sources including but not limited to customer insights to form a complete picture of customers, markets, and growth opportunities.
Participates in developing integrated marketing and product strategies designed to meet the organizations strategic goals and drive the change towards a market-driven business.
Identifies core strategic imperatives for success and defines compelling initiatives that drive growth, are strategically aligned, and are measurable.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
Cross-industry experience in both consumer-focused industries such as pharmaceuticals or packaged goods and health insurance or health-related industries preferred.
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week.
