Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact Youll Make in this RoleThis Sr. Director Finance, Corporate Functions will support the Senior Vice President, FP&A in managing the budgeting and planning for all central Corporate Functions, and will partner closely with the Executive Leaders for all the central Corporate Functions (~$1B Budget). As a Sr. Director Finance, Corporate Functions you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Own the budgeting and planning for all Corporate Functions including Central R&D, Strategy, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Insurance, and other Corporate spendPartner with Transition Management Office on Corporate Function spend incurred through transition agreements with 3M CompanyEnhance visibility of spend categories and identify areas for efficiencies; benchmark against external peers and provide recommendations on resource allocation for Corporate FunctionsDevelop and coach a team of 5 FTEs and help them implement best practices in managing and reporting Corporate Function spendPresent directly to Executive Leaders and CFO at a regular cadence and help implement resource allocation decisions across the enterpriseYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university and 10 years of Finance experience in private, public, government or military environmentA minimum of 5 years in an FP&A roleStrong command of cost management and reportingAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:A masters degree in finance or business from an accredited institutionCMA or CPA certification5 years of managing Corporate Function spend of ~$1BA background in audit or advisory or consulting services, including big 4Ability to “think outside the box” and embraced continuous change.Outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passionWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
