Your options as a civil engineer are endless at SEH. Youll engineer better communities — complete streets, safer sidewalks, more sustainable utilities, and trails and parks. Others specialize in large-scale projects, like flood control facilities, dams, landfills, harbors/marinas, structural retaining walls and larger geotechnical projects. Regardless of the project, youll have your hands in the mix through all phases of a project: planning, pre-design, design, contract documentation, bidding and construction. Task Hour Budget Development: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed task hour budgets that align with project scopes and timelines. Contract Development: Assist in the creation and review of contracts to ensure they meet organizational standards and client requirements. Financial Data Management: Utilize Microsoft tools to manage and manipulate financial data, providing insights and forecasts to support leadership decision-making. Software Development: Act as an enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems champion; contributing to the development and integration of software solutions. Workflow Management: Streamline technology integration processes, ensuring efficient workflow management across the practice. AI Integration: Leverage artificial intelligence to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency. Project Financial Activities: Assist project managers with financial performance metrics for projects including monthly invoicing, monitoring project budgets and account receivables. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator / Analyst or similar role Experience setting up projects, invoicing, monitoring projects, maintaining budgets, reading and helping prepare contracts Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Fin ncial Management: Excellent knowledge of billing, invoicing, and financial concepts. Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues effectively. Communication: Good verbal communication skills for clear and effective interactions. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of financial software, particularly ERP systems and PowerBI. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities. Innovation: A keen interest in leveraging technology, including AI, to drive business growth and improve workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree in business management, Finance or a related field. Experience working in HubSpot Past roles working for an AEC firm Excellent knowledge of billing and financial concepts. A minimum of five (5) years of similar experience in a corporate setting. Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $30 and $45 based on skill set and experience.
