Number: PROJE002295 Schedule: Full Time Location: Rochester, MN 55901, USA Job Details Description The purpose of your role as a Project Scheduler II As a Project Scheduler II, you will support the planning and scheduling of construction projects in order to maximize efficiency and eliminate problems and issues. Communicate the progress and impacts to the Project Teams and Customers to ensure they are kept up-to-date on construction timelines. Handle basic issues and problems and reports more complex issues to higher-level staff. Project Support: Assist with tracking dates and reporting of changes to original scope of work. Assist with entering job setup information into accounting system, if needed Identify and record project issues and constraints with appropriate back-up documents. Assist in the development of project dashboards and maintain those dashboards regularly. Provide the Project Teams with visuals to understand the Project Schedule. Depending on size and scope of project, may assist with the following duties:Assist the Project Teams with the Weekly Work Plans and verify alignment with overall project schedule. Assist the Project Teams with the work-in-place and productivity tracking. Participate and assist with the Weekly Work Plans. Planning/Scheduling Construction Projects and Liaising with Tenants: Assist with monitoring, tracking and forecasting projects according to gathered data Support forecasting of resource needs and prepare resource curves throughout the project. Ensure a smooth and seamless process to increase efficiency and productivity. Review the contractors schedules and assist with the evaluation of variances and schedule revisions. Assist with drafting the monthly schedule narratives. Regularly coordinate with construction contractors schedules to ensure updates are made properly and accurately. Administrative Duties: Prepare documents utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Other Tasks and Duties: Other tasks and duties may be necessary due to project specific conditions, and as directed.
