Janitorial Lead – Part Time & Full Time

Janitorial Lead – Mercer County, NJ

Full Time & Part Time Hours Available: Monday – Friday (Optional Weekends)

Up to $18.50 per hour

Who We Need :

We are currently looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Janitorial Site Supervisors to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with individuals with disabilities who have been trained to provide janitorial services.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor individuals while ensuring all custodial responsibilities are met

Assume cleaning responsibilities and arrange necessary backup when needed

Ensure that adequate cleaning supplies are available and equipment is maintained

Ensure all paperwork and documentation is maintained and timely

Ability to respond to all emergency situations, ongoing communication with supervisor

Using Agency vehicles, provide transportation to program participants to and from job sites.

What We Need:

Valid drivers license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)

High School Diploma/GED preferred or at least four years janitorial experience

Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred
