Sartorius is seeking an Analytics and Reporting Business Partner with drive, and passion, to be part of the Commercial Excellence team. As part of the Commercial Excellence team, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives related to data management, analysis, and process optimization. The goal is to ensure data integrity, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Manage data management initiatives, oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of organizational data, ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards

Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Expand advanced tools to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes

Supervise data governance policies and procedures, to ensure data quality, privacy, and security standards are maintained across the organization

Supervise the integration of data systems, to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between different platforms to support business operations

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implement best practices, and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data management and process optimization

Collaborate with various departments, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand data and process requirements and implement effective solutions

Ensure training and support to team members and relevant stakeholders on data management best practices, tools, and processes

Manage data and process improvement projects, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes

Develop comprehensive documentation of data processes, methodologies, and system configurations to support transparency and knowledge transfer
Qualification & Skills:
-
Bachelors degree in data science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or related field

4 years of experience working on data analytics reporting and project management
-
Prior experience in sales territory management and/or sales incentive calculations highly desirable

Significant experience in data management, process optimization, and project management roles, demonstrating a track record of successful initiatives

Proficient in using data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and experience applying them to enhance operational efficiency

In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, standards, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges

Fluent in English

Base salary offered for the position is $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 depending on experience. (Higher starting salaries may be available in other locations based on geographic differentials.
