What you’ll do as a Workflow Coordinator
Complete telecommunications construction cost estimates and bill of materials by reading and interpreting survey drawings and customer system designs.
Communicate with our customer and Kanaan team members as needed to resolve discrepancies with system designs and survey drawing.
Obtain cost estimates from company vendors for addition to cost estimates.
Manage job tracking systems to meet customers deadlines.
All other duties assignend by management.
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing to learn and understand design parameters as they relate to the customers fiber optic and coaxial systems.
Must be willing to learn to read and understand customer system blueprints to identify customer specific equipment.
Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Able to multitask and prioritize schedules as related to customer expectations.
Able to communicate with customers in a positive, professional manner.
Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.
Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
Must possess a valid driver’s license of at least 2 years.
Physical abilities & exposures
Able to sit for long periods throughout each day.
Starting Range $18 to based on experience
