Job Summary

The Executive Director of Digital Learning Programs is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and implementation of digital learning initiatives. This role oversees the Instructional Program Development Team and the Online Program Strategy and Management Unit, ensuring the successful design, development, and delivery of high-quality online learning programs. The Executive Director collaborates with various stakeholders to align digital learning strategies with institutional goals and drive innovation in online educational delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Considerable knowledge of and expertise in instructional design, higher education leadership, online pedagogy, and educational technology.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with considerable experience leading cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

Comprehensive experience in online/digital learning, higher education program development, instructional design, or educational technology, with considerable experience in a leadership role.

Considerable experience with budget management and resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate preferred.
