TEKsystems is currently hiring Loan Officer – Admin Support Assistants to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!
Job Description:
To provide a variety of administrative support functions within respective business unit(s), in support of daily operations.
Under immediate supervision, follow basic processes and procedures to accomplish routine tasks.
Receive and respond to inquiries from internal/external sources and/or members to ensure effective, timely and accurate service.
May serve as contact coordinator by handling general phone calls, directing visitor traffic and scheduling events/meetings.
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
Entry level Administrative role, completes work with little autonomy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic clerical, technical or administrative skills
• Basic keyboarding/typing skills
• Basic skill reviewing documents for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Basic word processing and spreadsheet software skills
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
First 6 months is FULLY onsite, after 6 months you will begin a hybrid schedule with 2 days on site
NO time off in the first 6 months
