Job Description:

We are currently seeking Registered Pharmacy Technicians to join our call-center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, providing support with the receipt, review, and verification of patient prescriptions. This includes prepping and scanning documents, verifying patient data, and entering prescription orders into our pharmacy data system. Additionally, you will work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy teams to ensure patient and provider needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Hard Skills:

Valid Florida Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with pharmacy processing systems

Familiarity with prescription terminology

Strong computer and typing skills

Soft Skills:

Exceptional customer service abilities

Reliable with the ability to maintain professionalism

Active listening and problem-solving skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment

Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests simultaneously
