We are seeking an Aviation Technician with prior sUAS assembly experience and electronic troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sub-systems in an sUAS and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. You should possess working knowledge of part numbering, BOM structures, and their integration into products. Responsibilities include testing, wiring, and troubleshooting electronics and small components.

Job Description
Ability to handle small components and prior experience with working with small parts.
Update sUAS drones with electronic, mechanical and software solutions.
sUAS assembly or experience including electronic troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of sub systems in an sUAS and ability to troubleshoot.
Handling of LiPo batteries and/or other type of energy sources.
Working knowledge of part numbering, BOM structures, and how they integrate into a product.
Understanding of torque measurements in small mechanical assemblies and handling of Carbon Fiber (CF) materials.
Computer skills to include Linux and Windows based tools.
Able to assist with RCCA (Root Cause and Correction Analysis) with other team members.
Recognize trends in failures and components to report back to the QA department
Meticulous in application of consistent methods and processes.
Experience with 3D printers and their usage.
