Duties & Responsibilities: Represent the voice of the customer within local teams. Manage the customer quality issues, perform root cause analysis and lead the implementation of the corrective actions to solve the customer quality issues. Manage internal quality systems (receiving inspection, scrap analysis, gage control, etc.) for assigned department. Manage the overall quality system and ensure retention of our ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification. Set and lead the quality strategy for the facility

Requirements

: High School Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience. Basic knowledge of the following principles and should be able to elaborate the concepts: lean manufacturing, 5S, 8D reports and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). Previous experience in customer support, service or client facing roles and previous knowledge or experience with electrical testing procedures. Strong quality systems/process experience and ability to work individually or within a team or large groups as required. Data analysis/trending experience. ISO experience strongly preferred. Ability to work in team and great communication skills and diplomacy to deal with our customers. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
