Job Title: IT Technician

Job Description: Our team is looking to add an IT Technician to the Field Services team. We are looking for qualified candidates to install computers. Candidates must possess and maintain a driver’s license. The candidates must be well-versed in computer systems and be able to set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers, be organized, be able to multitask, and possess excellent customer service skills. Initially, the candidates will be installing computers in various locations and surrounding counties.
Top Skills Details:
Enterprise hardware deployment experience and support experience – Strong customer service skills are required and will be an emphasis at all times.
Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Troubleshooting and support skills.
HW/SW troubleshooting and break/fix skills – Need to be an outside the box thinker who has great problem resolution skills and is always seeking to learn and improve.
Additional Information: Able to work 8 hours a day between 7:30 am- 5:30 pm, just have to work out schedule with Supervisor. This team is very collaborative and will offer candidates a chance to really grow and polish their skills. Willing to give someone with a helpdesk experience a chance as long as they prove to have the technical aptitude necessary as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
Work Environment: Office locations throughout the region. Company vehicles are available for any work related travel requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Customer service attitude, excellent communication, team player, and someone that is willing to ask for help and work with teammates when needed. Also, it’s important to be on time and not have absenteeism issues. Candidates with IT schooling and/or certifications will be considered as long as interpersonal skills are strong.
