Fabrication Technician

We are looking for experience Fabricators for a role in Lewis Center, Ohio.

This is a great opportunity on 1st shift.

Job Purpose: Perform manual operations in Fabrication Assembly and other various tasks

throughout fabrication

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

-Perform manual operations in fabrication assembly including riveting, masking, install gasket(s),

sealing, mechanical assembly, and epoxy bonding

-Run various fabrication equipment after the machine is setup as instructed. This equipment

includes, but is not limited to: Haeger, press brakes, shears, punch presses, spot welders, metal

finishing machines, and CNC Machines

-Complete all process/product related documentation and inspection as it relates to the work

performed

-Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE procedures, work rules,

and regulations

-Maintain orderliness of product, equipment, tools, supplies, ESD, part handling and inventory

points within Fabrication

-Provide assistance and interface with all areas of Manufacturing

-Document actions by completing production and quality forms

-Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks, or rotating through different

processes/jobs as required or directed

-Operate per established Company Policies and Procedures

-Other tasks as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

2 years of related experience with a good knowledge commonly used concepts, practices and

procedures within the mechanical field

Experience with a variety of metal fabrication equipment, power tools and assorted

measuring/calibration devices

Requires ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance

Oral and written communication skills for a team environment

Detail oriented, organized, analytical

Ability to read blueprints, calipers, height gauges, and assembly documents.

Experience with Deburr machines, Turret Punch Presses, Shears and Haegers a plus

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
