Job Description
AECOM Hunt is seeking a highly talented Construction Project Manager to join our Hunt Construction group. This position will be supporting our Toledo, Ohio project site location.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Directs and manages the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Implements ES&H programs.
Supervises Environmental Safety and Health Specialists assigned to the same project(s).
Performs work, which involves a variety of functions that require a broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills.
May be responsible for an ES&H program on a large, specialized, complex project or multiple projects.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirement:
BA/BS and 8 years of relevant construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualification:
Industrial/manufacturing construction project management experience
Automotive manufacturing and Powertrain Plant construction and process equipment installation project management experience
General Motors client experience
Project controls experience in scheduling and costs, knowledge of the GM reports and Cost / Change Management requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office, Teams).

Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $110,004.00 – $203,508.00.
