Job Description
This individual will be responsible for the preventative and reactive maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Will troubleshoot, repair, and perform PMs on CNCs machines, furnaces, boilers, casting machinery robotics, and industrial equipment. Mechanically will be responsible for the troubleshooting and repair, working on both hydraulics and pneumatics on a consistent basis. Electrically will be responsible for troubleshooting and repair up to 480 volt, three phase motors, and wiring of various machinery/equipment. PLC and motor controls experience is a major plus.
Additional Job Duties:
Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair.
Duties may involve welding, troubleshooting CNC Machines, programming and troubleshooting Robotics, PLC programming, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning, and leveling new equipment.
Qualifications:
Industrial Maintenance (Troubleshooting and Repairing Production Machinery/Equipment)
Mechanical Maintenance (Maintenance/Repair of Hydraulics and Pneumatics)
Electrical Maintenance (Experience with up to 480 Volt, Three Phase Motors and Wiring)
Preventative Maintenance Experience
PLC Experience (Troubleshooting and Editing)
CNC Machine Maintenance
Robotic/Automation
Pay/Shift:
2nd shift:3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Monday-Friday with optional overtime on weekends
3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 PM Monday-Friday with optional overtime on weekends
Up to $28 an hour based on experience

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Coldwater, Michigan.
Work Environment
This person will be supporting the machining and/or casting side of the factory for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer supplying brake rotors.
