About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Space & Occupancy planner / Business Execution Consultant for the Corporate Properties Group Strategy Team.

In this role, you will:

Partner with others in Corporate Properties as well as line of business contacts to support the development of market and building level occupancy plans to meet the evolving line of business demands and real estate strategies, within an assigned portfolio, spanning multiple states.

Utilize building, floor plan, seat supply data and headcount demand data to analyze asset occupancy and vacancy solutions within the administrative office building portfolio to proactively monitor occupancy levels and document proposed scenarios to optimize utilization of space.

Identify gaps or opportunities in seat supply and estimate space needs related to programming requirements and market analyses. Prioritize emerging space requirements along with longer term plans and adapt to evolving business needs.

Compile programming data (incorporating appropriate seat allocations using Corporate Properties current methodology), create programming documents, develop strategic occupancy plans for a market including building stack plans, floor-level block plans, presentation materials, and hand-off documentation for implementation teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and line of business representatives and leadership on strategic initiatives, project planning, and implementation hand-off.

Work independently to make recommendations to efficiently utilize/optimize space within assigned region to leadership and executive management.

Participate in the execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.

Required Qualifications, US:

2 years of Corporate real estate office space planning or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong experience with office space and occupancy planning for a large corporation, either as an occupancy planning consultant or as an employee in a corporate real estate department.

Experience in the financial services industry

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and advanced skills in Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Experience with space management tools such as Tririga and Serraview.

Experience with hybrid work styles, unassigned seating, shared/flexible seating and workplace strategies including Activity Based Working.

Strong customer service mindset and skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to concurrently handle multiple projects, requests, and priorities independently.

May be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 – $129,900.00
