About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Services Manager for the Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) BEACH Testing & Production Support Team. This role will lead a team responsible for completing End User Acceptance Testing and production validation for supported applications. As the manager of this team, you will focus on ensuring team members are completing their tasks on time and working efficiently and effectively. This also means you will assist team members in working through challenging situations.

You will partner with US and India resources on creating, improving, and maintaining processes for existing applications and new applications as they are added to the group. Resource will develop and strengthen relationships with product teams and production support team, ensure controls function as designed, learn new applications, allocate testing resources, and manage testers for all supported applications. You would identify process improvement opportunities, system risks, and oversee updates to the process and procedures. You will manage creating/updating reporting, monitor progress toward deadlines, work with management and communicate to share issue awareness.

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop individual contributor team members.

Engage in mentoring and guiding the professional and development of less experienced team members.

Develop, monitor, and coach to individual and team metrics.

Assist in troubleshooting challenging issues team members escalate.

Daily resource review with resource rebalancing as needed to ensure work completed timely.

Make decisions and resolve issues regarding strategic challenges to meet business objectives.

Maintain/update team resourcing needs.

Collaborate and consult with agile teams and product managers to drive outcomes.

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.

Ensure teams follow processes and procedures.

Continue enhancement of processes and procedures.

Ensure success of documented controls.

Complete necessary review of required documentation of controls.

Complete trending analysis to allow for team education and process improvements.

Continue development of partnership with Global team.

Ability to step in and assist team, if necessary, on high demand times.

Partner with Production Support to document and implement release level lessons learned.

Identify and recommend opportunities for developing functional and strategies for the functional areas, including development of actionable, short- and long-term roadmaps.

Interpret and develop security, stability, and scalability within key areas of risk.

Required Qualifications:

4 years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

2 years of Leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience managing end user acceptance testing groups especially ones that have partnered with Global resources.

Proven experience as a strategic platform leader – including the operational day to day requirements.

Testing Background: overseeing end user acceptance testing, and knowledge of the process. Examples: writing and execution of scripts, peer reviews, traceability, production validation.

Experience with Wells Fargos systems, such as: ValueEdge, Jira, ECIP, ECIR, ECMP case management, TPCCT, IRMT, Wholesale &/or Walk Me.

Experience with Agile/Kanban processes.

Responsible for root cause analysis and problem solving.

Experience in managing exempt and non-exempt team members.

Experienced in implementing continuous process improvements within a growing team.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques and possess critical thinking skills.

Ability to complete additional project work as required outside standard business hours.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Expectations:

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Ability to work on site per Wells Fargos standard operating model in one of the listed locations (hybrid schedule).

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Off hour and weekend support may be required.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$100,000.00 – $197,500.00
