Description:

-Communicating via email, phone, virtual with our customers and sales team.

-Verifying ship dates and shipments with production and carriers.

-Confirming orders with customers and sales team.

-Heavy order entry – processing orders into our system.

-Assisting with internal sales team

-Providing order tracking and updates

-Front door responsibility (opening door/greeting visitors) – customer service helps answer the intercom at the front door for guests (2% of job)

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

– 1 years of office corporate customer service experience

– Inbound phone taking experience (40 calls)

– High Volume Order Entry

– Microsoft Excel for tracking data and order entry

– Professional Client Emailing Skills
