Systems Engineer
Job Description
As a Systems Engineer, you will review and estimate customer requests and develop competitive technical solutions that address their needs. Collaborate with team members, consultants, and customers to validate and recommend solutions that meet requirements while adhering to cost and schedule constraints. Understand and address the challenges related to the design of the companies systems in your solutions. Work closely with hardware, firmware, and software development teams to manage system requirements, validate, verify, and allocate them across various disciplines. You will contribute to all development phases including requirement analysis, development, verification of life cycle data, testing. Additionally, generate and review system specifications and technical manuals, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain knowledge of industry regulations.
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience with a focus on hardware integration
Proficiency in creating wiring diagrams, understanding pinouts, and managing requirements
Hands-on experience with qualification testing and compliance standards
Exposure to DOORS or similar requirements management tools
