Title: Deposit Operations Specialist

Salary Range: Based on Experience

Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 5:00

Reports To: AVP Deposit Operations

SUMMARY

The position of Deposit Operations Specialist is part of a team
operating in a fast paced, deadline driven environment handling all
incoming and outgoing deposit and electronic banking functions that may
include ACH transactions, debit card, account maintenance, wire
processing and electronic banking support and maintenance. This position
requires the ability to provide excellent customer service to both
internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Provide daily support for branch and solution center employees
concerning customer inquiries, problem resolution and customer
research
2. Shares responsibility for Unposted and Overdraft resolution
processing.
3. Shares responsibility for ACH processing.
4. Shares wire processing (incoming and outgoing foreign and domestic)
and any reporting requirements.
5. ATM/Debit card duties and responsibilities including maintenance
requests and reports.
6. Mobile Remote Deposit user and item review.
7. Willing to work in a team environment and assist with any other
duties as needed.

SECONDARY DUTIES

The position of Deposit Operations Assistant performs duties specific to
the position and other functions as assigned. Cross train on all deposit
operations duties for back up purposes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

The position of Deposit Operations Specialist is not responsible for the
supervision of any employee(s).

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

The environment for this position is an open office that is mostly clean
and comfortable. It may include some minor annoyances such as noise,
odors, drafts, etc. The incumbent is in a non-confined office-type
setting in which he or she is free to move about at will.

The incumbent while performing this position spends time writing,
typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 30 pounds), carrying, seeing
(such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and
adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting,
kneeling and reaching.

MENTAL DEMANDS

The incumbent in this position must be able to accommodate to reading
documents or instruments, detailed work, problem solving, customer

and constant interruptions.
