Job Title: RF Systems/Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Participate in engineering disciplines such as RF, radar, digital design, and analog design.
Be an individual contributor within a cohesive engineering team, responsible for delivering communications products to global customers.
Work closely with the engineering team to understand the nuances of design, testing, and systems.
Initially, the role follows a 6-9 month roadmap, starting with learning the product and gradually moving into pure RF design.
Devising initial concepts for devices, components, or systems, participating in detailed product design, assuming project responsibilities, maintaining technical documentation, and assisting in developing proposals for new technical programs.
Hard Skills
BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Experience with RF instruments (e.g., Network Analyzers, Power Meters)
Radar knowledge
Systems based experience
Active Secret Clearance
Soft Skills
Problem-solving
Lab debugging skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Technical competence
Awareness of latest technical developments
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Dallas, Texas.
Work Environment
The work environment requires strong fundamentals in RF such as impedance matching, distributed systems, and passive RLC. The role demands creating schematics, wire lists, circuit simulation skills using tools like Spice, and hands-on experience in RF tuning using RF instruments. ITAR Environment
