REMOTE – Workday Financial Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a few Workday Specialists that can help this large production company be successful with their workday implementation. First 4-6 weeks will be watching and looking over implementation team and how did you configure workday, how are you using it and what are the common issues they are seeing. Managing tickets and production support. The hope would be it would be part of their hyper care and solving tickets and getting up to speed. They will be working with a team of 10-12 (2-3 onshore, and mainly offshore) people mainly offshore. They have 0 people to answer basic questions and I cant login to workday they will have a Deloitte person to support them. Workday piece is not super complex and how does workday talk to upstream or downstream tools. Gone live with two business units and going live with third in September. They will have multiple implementations.
Volume of Tickets:
Level 1 tickets: 200 Level 2 tickets : 60-70 Resolving 1-2 tickets a day.
Examples of Tickets: I need security to run a report and they need access. How do I enter a journal entry and I dont know how. I need to enter an expense to get reimbursed for my trip and I am getting error message. Employee would phone helpdesk and then route to Deloitte team to respond.
We need these individuals to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter.

Skills and Requirements
– 2 years of Workday implementation experience
– Experience with one of these specific pillars (record-to-report, contract-to-cash, or procure-to-pay)
– Experience managing tickets both technically and functionally
– Understand how to resolve all tickets in queue and provide update to customers
– Excellent oral and written communication null
