Program Manager, Actor Integrity Operations Responsibilities:
1. Support users through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions.
2. Understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products and policies.
3. Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.
4. Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.

6. Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products.
7. Partner with regional teams to develop scalable solutions to support Metas global user base.
8. Resolve large and complex business problems.
9. Partner with cross functional teams, such as legal and public policy, to identify, monitor, and analyze regulatory issues impacting Meta and assess how to best align our operational resources.
10. Communicate results of technical analysis with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams.
11. No direct report, individual contributor role only.

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a consulting or business analyst-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:
13. Working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team
14. Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
15. Business process analysis
16. Communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams.
Public Compensation:
$191,017/year to $233,420/year bonus equity benefits
