Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Handle a large volume of incoming requests based on specific market needs
Maintain the SLA and productivity within set parameters
Prepare responses that conform to applicable policies, governing style and format
Triage and review incoming material and independently determine the need for assembly and preparation of an escalation
Clearly respond to process and policy questions from external partners and internal parties
Identify legal deficiencies of the legal processes and inquiries or policy description and notify and assist appropriate workflow lead and or counsel
Conduct relevant research and use data to support escalations and business cases
Provide support to workflow lead as needed, including record maintenance and metrics
Organize, categorize, and publish content and information using specific tools and channels
Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content
Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
Location
A t present this is a work from home/remote position but you may be required to work from the office in the future
While remote, the person selected for this role must reside within 100 miles of the Austin office
Hours & ShiftsBetween the months of August and December, the schedule will include weekend coverage Friday-Tuesday or Thursday through Monday, and shift will be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Otherwise, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Law)
Experience with various computer systems, internet technology and software PC, Mac, MS Office, Confluence, Google Suite
Experience working at a tech company or with tech clients
Professional skills:
Sound coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
Excellent comprehension, communication, and (insert language) skills
Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
