Location: Hybrid (Tempe, Arizona & Remote)
Contract Duration: 4 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
About the Role
Join our dynamic C2C team as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will be the vital link between drivers, carriers, and our operations team, ensuring smooth communication and swift resolutions to disruptions. Your expertise will help us maintain high service standards and enhance our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to Requests: Handle incoming requests from drivers and carriers via our user-friendly phone app.
Manage Work Items: Efficiently take WIM numbers from the queue, aiming for a quick turnaround of 6 minutes from acceptance to closure.
Collaborate Across Teams: Access and review information entered by drivers, carriers, and other teams to provide informed support.
Adapt Your Approach: Utilize your training to establish a personalized flow for each call, ensuring a tailored experience for every customer.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous call center experience is a must.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to handle diverse customer interactions.
Working Hours
Friday – Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
