Patient Registration Rep

Job Description

Insight Global Health is looking for a Patient Access representative that will work On-Site in Goodyear Arizona for a large healthcare client. We are looking for someone with great customer service experience, as they will be meeting with every new cancer patient.

This role is responsible for the checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, making inbound and outbound calls, while also making sure they are all set and answering any questions they many have.

This role will require the individual to be fully vaccinated, and willing to get the Flu vaccine, as well as provide documentation.

Skills and Requirements

1 year working in a customer facing role Someone who has worked in a healthcare setting and or a call center environment

 Experiences with the following –

o Payment plans

o Estimates

o Finical Assistance

o Open enrollments

o Insurance Authorizations Familiar with Oncology terminology Experience

 Proficient in EPIC software system

 Bilingual null
