You will creating flight test matrices. You will perform anechoic chamber testing, Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 (GS-9/11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Gathering and interpreting applicable electronic intelligence (ELINT) data. 2. Identifying what needs to be modified, added, or removed in the next release by creating the electronic order of battle (EOB). 3.
