Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Contract Lifecycle Analyst is responsible for providing commercial contract support to the Commercial Sales team at Cepheid. This role is an integral part of the Commercial Organization. The individual will be responsible for all lifecycle activities in the maintenance of contracts, from Cepheid signature through contract termination.

This position is on the Business Operations team in the Commercial Organization and will be located remotely. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Implement a variety of agreement types from signature through terms and conditions and pricing upload in contract management tools such as Adobe Sign, CLM, Salesforce.com and SAP.

Research and partner with cross functional departments to resolve contract price discrepancies.

Administer contract price increases in accordance with agreement terms.

Maintain contract database through activities including but not limited to, updating of contract and instrument status, termination of contracts, and drafting of customer administrative and termination notices.

Other duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years work experience in contract administration or contracting.

Salesforce.com experience to review contracts.

E xperience with sales and legal contracting processes including contract language, terms, and format.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Collaborative team player who pivots quickly and works with urgency

A relentless attention to detail, organized in your written and verbal communication.

Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys.

Healthcare or medical device industry experience.

SAP, Adobe Sign, and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.

The salary range for this role is . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
