Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SERVICES COORDINATOR in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will establish accountability of non-expendable property and equipment received through purchase agreement. You will coordinate external and internal facility scheduling for the training program. You will establish milestones for acquisition of facilities, conducts site visits, as required, to evaluate properties, and selects facilities for placement of classes. You will provide oversight and management of all facilities and equipment in support of the training mission. You will tests component modules to determine their condition and level of performance. You will recommends issue, modification, repair, or disposal of training equipment. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating the acquisition of services, equipment or supplies in support of improvements to the organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the training resource program. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. or Completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. or Completed an LL.M. degree that is directly related to the position being filled.
