Summary: 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive efficient and courteous service. You will also be responsible for all aspects of providing quality telephone support to clients and assists customers in resolving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Make sales calls

Order processing from the time of receipt to when the order is shipped

Cover for sales people

Answer phones

Clear orders

Responsible for taking orders, ensuring timely delivery

Participate as part of the customer service team to answer questions and handle problems in a professional and expeditious manner

Researches and resolves customers’ disputes and problems within established guidelines

Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records

Pro-actively identify transportation and delivery problems

Present and sell new products

Perform other duties, as assigned

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required

One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

Knowledge of Order processing systems.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent customer service skills
