What you’ll do In a few words… As our Account Manager, you are the Senior Abarcan Concierge. Born to pamper customers and cater to their needs, you’re no stranger to customer service and your keen attention to detail focuses precisely on that: The client’s needs! You are the face representing the cogs of the Abarcan machine and your job is to identify and respond proactively and quickly to any situation pertaining to clients. As any amazing concierge would do, you’ll provide the ultimate client service to make sure our PBM AWESOME promise is delivered. Your strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver mind will put our clients at the core of everything to maintain and guarantee the best experience for them, ensuring a positive relationship between client and organization. You aim to please and please you do. The fundamentals for the job… Manage operational calls, agenda development, key client meetings and requests by capturing significant discussion topics and action items as well as sharing input and solutions to address client needs, considering Abarca’s priorities and team promises (Abarca always delivers.) Follow up pending topics and reach out to other business areas to provide resolutions for timely completion Own, be aware, and be able to report on all client requests, conversations, and operational status Maintain a central log of all issues, questions, discussions, and responses. Be the first-tier support for Darwin Users; this requires good understanding of Darwin Platform logics and functionality as well as client business requirements and benefit rules. SLA oversight, including understanding and ensuring change requests from clients are submitted through CRM and confirmed to client within the agreed times (Client Satisfaction 101) Maintenance and tracking of CRM deliverables per areas/clients assigned. Use of dashboards and reports to track client or internal agreed upon SLA’s and report it to Client Advisors. (High levels of organization required and appreciated.) Prepare and/or request client reports from other operational departments within Abarca Generate and analyze reports to make recommendations internally and to clients as well as identify proactively any issues with output content Interior river of magma that ignites inner fires to learn and provide new insight between client and organization to maintain positive engagement. (It’s really hot in there btw.) Conduct user-acceptance testing on system enhancements including documenting and communicating test results if requested Working and interacting with cross-functional teams to anticipate clients’ needs and to provide clients with the best possible service. (Tarot cards, crystal balls, pendulums, i-Ching hexagrams, tea leaves, and other such divination tools are optional.) What you’re made of The bold requirements… Bachelor’s Degree in, Business, Math, Computer Systems, or a related field. (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.) Your Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are Jedi Master level and you surf (the Internet) better than Kelly Slater, finding the perfect wave of information to ride. 3 years of experience as account manager or related position Godlike interpersonal skills Project coordination experience Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors (Charisma levels should be high.) Attention to detail and laser focus on customer service Our happy levels will overflow if you happen to have knowledge of PBM, Health Care, and Insurance. You can communicate effectively (read, write, speak, dream, meditate, over-analyze, intellectualize, and be properly offended) in English and Spanish.
